These terms apply when you use this website, make an account, buy, or sell on Angel Plug-ins (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them, and to our License Agreement, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. Sellers also agree to the Seller Terms.
1. Accounts
You sign in with Google. Keep your account to yourself and tell us if you think someone else is using it. You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to buy or sell. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
2. The store and other sellers
Angel 808, M808 and Angel Tune are made and sold by Angel Plug-ins. Other plug-ins in the store are made by independent sellers, who are responsible for them. We review every plug-in before it goes live, but we can't guarantee how third-party software works on your computer.
3. Products and system requirements
Each plug-in says which systems it works on. Please check that your computer and music software support it before you buy.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you check out. You can pay by card (including Apple Pay and Google Pay), processed by Stripe, or with Cash App to the $cashtag shown at checkout with your order code in the payment note. We never see or store your full card or bank details. A Cash App order is complete once we receive the full amount. Sales tax may be added where the law requires it. Prices can change, but a change never affects an order you've already paid for.
5. Delivery
Card payments unlock your plug-ins right away. Cash App payments unlock once we confirm them, usually within a day. Your plug-ins then appear in your account under Purchases, where you can download them as often as you need. Download links are only for buyers; please don't share them. If an order isn't confirmed within 2 days, email us with your order code.
6. Your license
Plug-ins are licensed to you, not sold. What you may and may not do is set out in the License Agreement. Music you make with them belongs to you.
Don't share, resell or upload plug-ins or download links, upload anything you don't have the rights to or anything harmful, try to break or bypass any part of the site or checkout, or use the site for anything unlawful.
9. Intellectual property and copyright complaints
The Angel Plug-ins name, our plug-ins and this website belong to Angel Plug-ins. Other sellers' plug-ins belong to them. If you believe something on the site infringes your copyright, email with the details and we'll review it and remove it if needed. FL Studio is a trademark of Image-Line. VST is a trademark of Steinberg Media Technologies GmbH. Mac and macOS are trademarks of Apple Inc. We are not affiliated with these companies.
10. Disclaimer
The software and this website are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Back up your projects.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data, projects or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product the claim is about. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed. The terms in place when you made a purchase apply to that purchase.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where Angel Plug-ins is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
These terms apply when you sell plug-ins on Angel Plug-ins, on top of our Terms of Service.
1. Who can sell
You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian set up payouts with you, and have a Cash App account to receive payouts. Selling is open to US-based sellers to start.
2. Payouts and our fee
For each sale of your plug-in you receive 85% of the sale price. Angel Plug-ins keeps 15%. We send your share to your Cash App within 7 days after the buyer's payment is confirmed. We'll give at least 30 days' notice before changing the fee.
3. What you can upload
Only plug-ins you made or have the full right to sell, including any samples, code and artwork inside them.
No malware, cracks, stolen or pirated software, or anything that harms a buyer's computer.
An honest description, picture, price and list of supported systems, and files that work as described.
4. Review and removal
Every plug-in is reviewed before it goes live, and edits are reviewed again. We may decline or remove any plug-in, especially after complaints or a copyright notice, and we may suspend sellers who break these terms.
5. Refunds
Buyers can get refunds under our Refund Policy. When a sale of your plug-in is refunded, your share of that sale is taken back.
6. Support
Please help buyers who have trouble with your plug-in. We may pass their questions on to you.
7. Rights you give us
You keep ownership of your plug-ins. You let us store, display, describe, promote and deliver them to buyers on this site for as long as they're listed, plus any downloads buyers are entitled to after you stop selling.
8. Taxes
You're responsible for taxes on your earnings. We may ask for your tax details if the law requires it.
This agreement covers every plug-in you buy on Angel Plug-ins and any updates (the “Software”). For Angel 808, M808 and Angel Tune the licensor is Angel Plug-ins. For plug-ins made by other sellers, the seller is the licensor and owner, and Angel Plug-ins delivers the Software on their behalf. By installing or using the Software you accept this agreement.
1. What you may do
Install and use the Software on computers you own or control, for your own music, personal or commercial.
Release, sell and earn money from music you make with the Software, with no royalties owed.
Keep a backup copy of your download.
2. What you may not do
Share, sell, rent, lend, sublicense or upload the Software or your download link.
Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the Software, except where the law says you can.
Remove or change any copyright or ownership notices.
3. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. The licensor keeps all rights not expressly given to you here.
4. Third-party components
The Software may include components from other developers that are licensed under their own terms.
5. Termination
This license ends automatically if you break it, or if your purchase is refunded. When it ends you must delete the Software.
6. Warranty and liability
The disclaimer and limitation of liability in our Terms of Service apply to the Software.
This policy explains what information Angel Plug-ins collects and how it's used.
1. What we collect
Your account: when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We save them in our account database (run on Cloudflare) with when you signed up, each time you sign in (with the date, country and type of device), and anything you add to your profile. A cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days.
When you buy: we save your order (what you bought, the amount and your order code). If you pay by card, Stripe collects your card and billing details under its own privacy policy and tells us your email, the amount and whether the payment went through; we never see your full card number. If you pay with Cash App, we see the name and $cashtag on your payment and the Cash App name you tell us.
When you sell (once selling opens): what you upload (pictures, descriptions, files) is stored by us and shown in the store once approved, along with the payout details you give us.
Visits: we count page visits per day, and whether the visitor was signed in. We don't use advertising trackers.
When you email us: your email address and whatever you include.
Your cart: saved only in your own browser.
Technical data: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and font provider (Google Fonts) may receive your IP address and browser details when you load the site.
2. How we use it
To run your account, deliver purchases, pay sellers, send receipts, answer support requests, handle refunds, review uploads, prevent fraud, and keep the records the law requires for taxes and accounting.
3. Who we share it with
Only the services that run the store: Stripe and Cash App (Block, Inc.) for payments, Google for sign-in, and Cloudflare for hosting and our database. Sellers see their sales totals but not buyers' personal details. We don't sell your personal information or share it for advertising.
4. How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete your account.
5. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing . Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU), you may have more rights, and we'll honor them.
6. Children
This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date above.
Because plug-ins are digital downloads that can't be returned, sales are generally final. We'll still make it right in these cases, for any plug-in bought on this site:
It won't work on a supported system. If a plug-in won't load on a system it says it supports and it can't be fixed, we'll refund you. Email us within 14 days of buying.
You bought the same thing twice. We'll refund the duplicate.
You were charged but can't download it. We'll fix it, or refund you if we can't.
How to ask for a refund
Email with the email address on your account and what went wrong. Approved card refunds go back to your card and usually show up within 5–10 business days. Cash App refunds are sent back to you on Cash App, usually within 2 business days. When you're refunded, the plug-in is removed from your account and your license ends.
